Â
Which Course should I choose?
Choose Tai Chi, Let’s Move! if you want a beginner-friendly standing practice with footwork, coordination, posture, and traditional Tai Chi fitness training.
Choose Tai Chi, Take a Seat! if you prefer a complete seated Lotus Tai Chi practice designed primarily for seniors and beginners.
Choose the two-Course bundle if you want both standing and seated options or the best overall value.
Sifu Ron will be creating more courses soon.
Is the seated Course a shorter or easier version of the standing Course?
No. Tai Chi, Take a Seat! is a complete seated Lotus Tai Chi Course with its own lessons, movement skills, Blossoms, and progression. The chair supports the practice; it does not make the Tai Chi lesser.
Can I purchase both Courses?
Yes. The two-Course bundle includes both complete Courses, two bonus follow-along classes, a four-week practice calendar, and a progress tracker. It is the best value for students who want both standing and seated Tai Chi.
Are these Courses suitable for beginners?
Yes. Both Courses are designed for beginners. Sifu Ron explains movements, body mechanics, and Tai Chi’s Kung Fu roots in clear, everyday language. You can learn at your own pace, repeat lessons, and focus on progress rather than perfection.
Do I need previous Tai Chi or Kung Fu experience?
No previous experience is required. The Courses begin with foundational movements and build progressively, one manageable lesson at a time.
Who is Sifu Ron?
Sifu Ron is an eighth-degree black belt with more than 45 years of Kung Fu experience and more than 30 years of teaching experience. His teaching combines authentic movement, understandable body mechanics, humor, encouragement, and respect for every student’s personal range of motion.
Are the Courses included with the Golden Tiger Live Membership?
No. The Courses are separate, one-time purchases with lifetime streaming access. The Golden Tiger Live Membership is a monthly subscription for ongoing live classes, the Replay Library, and The Golden Tiger Den.
Safety and Participation
What if I need to modify a movement?
That is completely fine. Work within your personal, comfortable range of motion.
During standing practice, you may use a sturdy chair or wall for support when appropriate. During seated practice, use a stable chair and adjust the size or speed of each movement as needed. Progress matters more than perfection.
What kind of chair should I use for seated Tai Chi?
Use a sturdy, stable chair on a level, nonslip surface. A chair without wheels is best. Place it where you have enough room to move your arms and comfortably turn your upper body.
Follow any additional setup instructions provided before the Course or class begins.
What space or equipment do I need?
Wear comfortable clothing and clear a safe practice area of loose rugs, cords, pets, furniture, and other obstacles.
Standing practices may use a sturdy chair or wall for optional support. Seated practices require a stable chair. No specialized exercise equipment is required unless a particular lesson says otherwise.
What if I have a medical condition, injury, dizziness, pain, or concerns about exercise?
Fit Fi Fo Fun provides fitness and movement instruction, not medical care. Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether an activity is appropriate for you, especially if you have a medical condition, recent surgery, injury, dizziness, pain, or concerns about balance.
Stop moving if you experience pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything else that does not feel right.
Does Fit Fi Fo Fun guarantee medical results or prevent falls?
No. Individual experiences vary, and no specific medical, fitness, or fall-prevention result is guaranteed.
Fit Fi Fo Fun instruction focuses on approachable movement, posture, coordination, mobility, body awareness, and safe participation.
Course Purchases and Access
How much do the Courses cost?
Each individual Course is $69 at the launch price and $99 at the regular price.
The two-Course bundle is $119 at the launch price and $169 at the regular price.
The checkout page will always show the current price before you complete your purchase.

No. Each Course and the two-Course bundle are one-time purchases. There is no recurring Course charge.
How long will I have access to my Course?
Course purchases include lifetime streaming access through your Fit Fi Fo Fun account.
When will the lessons become available?
Each Course includes a Welcome video and 10 Lessons. Lessons are released on a three-day rhythm so you have time to learn and practice before moving ahead.
Once a Lesson is released, it remains available in your account.
Can I repeat a lesson?
Yes. You may stream released lessons again whenever you want. Repetition is encouraged because Tai Chi skills become more comfortable through continued practice.
Can I download the Course videos?
No. Course videos are available through streaming and cannot be downloaded. You will need an internet connection and access to your Fit Fi Fo Fun account to watch them.
Can I watch on a phone, tablet, or computer?
Yes. You can use a compatible internet-connected phone, tablet, or computer.
For the clearest view of full-body movement, use the largest screen available and position it where you can see it without creating a tripping hazard.
Can I share my login or Course with someone else?
Your purchase and login are for your personal use. Please do not share your account credentials, private videos, or live-class links.

It provides 30 consecutive days of access to the regular paid live-class schedule. It does not include the Membership Replay Library, The Golden Tiger Den, or another Course.
Can I receive more than one Complimentary 30-Day Live Class Pass?

When that period ends, access to Membership live classes, the Replay Library, and The Golden Tiger Den ends. Any Course you purchased separately remains available in your account.
What if I cancel the founding Membership and join again later?
The $39 founding rate remains available only while your subscription is continuous.
If you cancel and later rejoin, the Membership price available at that time will apply.
